Prima Donna
Imported from the Netherlands, this cow’s milk hard cheese is distinguished by its ruby red label and 18 month aging. Its’ taste is full bodied and of high quality, as extra matured cheese should be. Prima Donna is spicy and full of temperament with an Italian character and sweeter too; clearly different from the traditional Dutch Gouda. Excellent in sandwiches, soups, sauces or snacks. Add it to your cheese board and enjoy it with a glass of red wine.
