  Bella Vitano Balsamic Cheese

From Wisconsin, this cow’s milk cheese is rich and creamy with a nutty, fruity flavor.  Gentle bathing in Modena balsamic vinegar gives it a sweet coating.  This cheese begins in the mouth like a premium Parmesan and finishes with hints of melted butter.
